Between day 15 and day 60, the pass guarantee applies: to qualify, you must have completed all 10 practice tests, logged at least 20 hours of practice on the platform, and not passed your NIC exam. Requests received after day 60, or that don't meet the day-15-to-60 thresholds, are not eligible. Email hello@nicprep.com in either case to start a refund.
