We are not affiliated with the National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology (NIC), and we never were. NICPrep has always been an independent study company that built practice material from NIC's published candidate bulletins — the same way we build from PSI's published outlines and from each state board's own. The new name removes any chance of confusion about that.
